History

In 2502 when Rear Admiral Swat Phutianan was promoted to be the Head of the Royal Thai Naval Welfare Department and was the president of Navy Sport committee, he initiated the naval sport complex project near the National Forecast Department at Tambon Bangna, Amphur Phra Kakhnog, Phra Nakorn Province . Upon completion, it was used for many sport events and for practicing several sports. Moreover, to the west of the football field, the 6-holes golf arena was constructed.

In 2507, Admiral Sa-ngad Chaloryoo, the then president of the Bangna Navy Golf Course project, improved the golf club to the 9 holes standard with 2 holes in reserve. As a result, when relocating the T-off location, the golf club could serve up to 18 holes. Moreover, the golf club includes the club house, pros shop, caddy house, the green for practicing, and driving filed.

The Royal Thai Naval Golf club was officially opened on 12 Nov 2508. Admiral Mom Chao Kanchitpol Apakorn, the then Royal Thai Naval Commander-in-Chief, was presided over and Admiral Sangad Chaloryoo presented the opening speech. The Royal Thai Naval Golf club joined and became a member of the Thai Golf Association in July 2510. Also, the club was supported by HRM Rumpaipannee in 2512.

Our Rules and Regulations. We do serious.

1. Golfers are expected to dress appropriately. Shirts must be collared. No T-shirts are permitted.
2. Metal spiked shoes are not permitted in the ClubHouse.
3. No food or beverages are permitted on the course.
4. Each player must have his/her own bag and set of clubs. Players may not share.
5. It is required that all the names of each group members be notified to us (i.e.sent by fax) prior to the arrival
6. The Practice Green must be shared.
7. Payment can be made by cash or credit cards. No other form of payment is accepted.
8. The facility administrator reserves the right to deny or expel any individual or group for serious breach of the rules and regulations
